Sunset Beach


Sunset Beach is only three miles long and is the southern-most beach of the Brunswick County islands. It is within minutes to the South Carolina border. As you travel over the one lane pontoon bridge, across the intra-coastal waterway, you'll find yourself entering a relaxing and quiet world of coastal living.


Sunset Beach has always been a great place to invest. Property values tend to be higher on Sunset Beach than the other Brunswick County beaches, partly due to its small size ("law of supply and demand"). Right now, you can buy ocean front property on SSB which has been a rarity over the last two decades.

There are specialty shops, championship golf courses nearby and lots of places to launch your boat for a day at sea. Wrap up the day at any of the seafood restaurants that are ranked among the best along the coast.
